Super excited about the tour Prairie Farms is giving us next week. We'll be witnessing the steps that take milk from my farm to the gallon jugs on the shelf. Raw milk is perfectly consumable, but we can't pretend it's risk free. Raw ground beef is perfectly consumable, but is not risk free.
