I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions you have provided but my mouse still doesn't work. I have tried several different wireless mice (3) and get the same results. Batteries are good and the device shows up in the system as a valid USB device the mouse still won't move the cursor with all 3 devices that I have tried.
