I personally think that Roblox voice chat will be a fun thing to have because of being able to talk to friends easier, roleplaying, etc. I don't think that people younger than 13 should be able to use it, mostly because of bullying and online dating. This is just my opinion.

As for the chat issue, Roblox default chat has been broken at least for me for months now. What it's supposed to do is detect when the bounds of the text pass the end of the line, create a new line, and rearrange the word (s) that don't fit in the first line so they appear below it. Maybe try suggesting that the devs create their own chat.
